SNES RGB Bypass + Dejitter Production Update.

So you may have noticed that my website was down for a couple of days. I guess that’s what I get for using a dirt cheap web host… At any rate I had intended to post this update several days ago, but with the site being down I am only now able to do so. The first production batch of RGB Bypass + Dejitter PCBs arrived Monday the 22nd. Unfortunately the board house produced them in the wrong thickness, so I can’t sell any from this batch. Another batch is being shipped to me as I write this, hopefully produced in the correct thickness (fingers crossed), so I should have the boards back in stock by Monday April 29th.

In related news I did my first install of one of these Bypass + Dejitter boards in a 1CHIP SNES a few days ago. I put a video of it on my Youtube channel, which you can view below.

In other news I acquired a vaccum pump for pick and place operations and I am half way through building an X/Y table to assist in manual picking and placing. This is going to make assembling boards much faster and easier for me which I’m pretty excited about. Orders seem to be coming faster and faster and between this and my day job I need all the help I can get. I’ll do a video showing off the pick and place setup when it’s more complete

Right now it’s just an X table, soon it will be X, Y and a little bit of Z.
